I ran across this video this morning and it really struck a chord with me.  If we don’t design products to work the way our customers want them to, they will modify our product or find another way.  These principles are basic human behavior and this video makes it very easy to see how these behaviors are revealed in the real world.

It is not easy to get customers to do what you want.  It is much easier to observe them and align with their behaviors.
